Any inexpert visitor, who comes here to explore the large territory of the farm, is immediately struck by the total harmony characterizing this place where the old and the new coexist. Infact, in this territory there are ancient well-preserved remains such as the valuable hypogean oil press, several “messapici” settlements and century-old trees, in particular the one called “l’ulia te la chiesa” (the church’s olive tree). They represent an original contrast if compared with the modern factories equipped with new machineries. This is exactly the logical company policy adopted by Tundo family that is their almost genetic attitude towards oil and wine production, always supported by the best modern tools and by the good understanding among different generations working together.
